This workshop offers a whole-person approach to stress relief and nervous system regulation. Through somatic movement, interoceptive practices, gentle meditation, breathing exercises and body-based calming techniques, you’ll learn how to release built-up stress and tension, and restore a sense of balance. Explore interoceptive practices to listen inward, movement to unlock long-held patterns, and practical tools you can use in everyday life to reduce stress, feel calmer, and more at home in your body. Movement is used as medicine to gently release habitual patterns, re-train muscles, and support a healthier mind–body connection.

Treat yourself with a nourishing Restorative Yoga with hot rocks, Sound Healing experience. As you relax in supported restorative poses with warm stones placed on your body, the heat from the stones and healing vibrations of sound will gently melt away layers of physical and emotional tension, leaving you in a deeper state of relaxation.
