**Summer Solstice Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing

Join Certified Yoga Therapist and Senior Yoga Instructor Kerri, with Certified Sound Healers Komal & Jenine to gather in community, and nurture the inner garden of your heart through a guided exploration that will have you relaxing in restorative yoga poses, while being bathed in an immersive sound bath with aromatherapy.

The summer solstice is the longest day of the year. It marks the change in season, a time for reflection and gratitude, and an opportunity for transformation and new beginnings. Acknowledge and celebrate all you’ve accomplished this year so far, burn through and shed what you need to release so that you can re-ignite your inner light and embark on the summer with renewed energy.

For people living with persistent or chronic pain, who want to learn how therapeutic yoga can help change their pain.

  • Movement and breath practices to calm the nervous system and reduce your pain
  • Become empowered with knowledge of pain science and chronic pain
  • Reduce fears around movement, by safely exploring your body with guidance
  • Improve your mobility, strength and confidence
  • Learn yoga philosophy, mindfulness and self-compassion tools
  • Build community and relationship with like-minded people

  • Pain Science education and resources for learning more
  • Each session will be recorded in case you cannot attend session live

Pain is a human experience. Pain is also complex and unique to each person. This group program welcomes all who wish to learn more about changing their pain. No previous experience with yoga or movement required. Each person will be met where they are.
