Treat yourself with a nourishing Restorative Yoga with hot rocks, Sound Healing experience. Experience Therapeutic Yoga techniques, including somatic mobility exercises, myofascial release using balls and rollers, and targeted stretching for your lower body, supporting the hips and low back.
