I am a certified Pain Care Aware Yoga Teacher, trained under Neil Pearson, physical therapist, yoga therapist, pain science educator, author, and UBC professor. I specialize in working therapeutically with people living with chronic pain—both one-on-one and in group programs in Surrey, South Surrey, and North Delta, BC.
I offer pain science education to groups wanting to learn more and help train other teachers to become Pain Care Aware with Neil and Lisa Pearson at Pain Care Aware.
