My name is Kerri Sumner. I am a mother of two, a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), and an experienced Yoga Teacher with 15 years of teaching experience. I specialize in yoga therapy for people living with chronic pain, trauma, and stress, working one-on-one and in small groups to support healing and help individuals reach their wellness goals.

My path to yoga therapy began in 2006, when I was searching for relief from chronic back pain after a dance injury. The more I practiced yoga, the less pain I experienced, until I no longer needed regular chiropractic treatments. Beyond pain relief, yoga has supported me through personal loss, grief, trauma, and post-traumatic stress. The balance and resilience yoga continues to bring to my life is why I am so passionate about sharing these tools with others.
