My name is Kerri Sumner. I am a Certified Yoga Therapist, an experienced yoga teacher, and mom of two little ones. Along with many others, I have struggled with work/life balance, giving too much and not practicing enough self-care, stressed and burnt out. When I was introduced to yoga in 2006, I was consumed by a demanding corporate career and yoga immediately started to offer more balance.
Yoga has helped heal chronic pain in my body, and continues to heal my heart. The tools that yoga provides through mindfulness, movement and breath has helped me navigate loss, trauma and Post Traumatic Stress (PTS). I'm here to help others reduce suffering and find more balance through yoga.
