My name is Kerri Sumner. I am a yoga teacher and mom of two little ones. Along with many others, I have struggled with work/life balance, giving too much of myself to others and not practicing enough self-care, at times stressed and burnt out. When I was introduced to yoga in 2006, I was working in a busy marketing career and yoga began to help bring me into balance.
Yoga has helped heal chronic pain in my body, and continues to heal my heart. The tools that yoga provides through mindfulness, movement and breath has helped me navigate loss, trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I'm here to help others find their balance through yoga.
