My name is Kerri Sumner. I’m a Certified Yoga Therapist, an experienced yoga teacher, and a mom of two. Like many people, I’ve struggled with work/life balance—giving too much, without enough self-care—leaving me stressed and burned out.
When I was introduced to yoga in 2006, I was deep in a demanding corporate career. Yoga became the place where I could slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Over time, it not only brought me balance but also helped heal my chronic back pain.
Yoga has continued to be a source of healing in my life—supporting me through grief, trauma, and Post-Traumatic Stress. The practices of mindfulness, movement, breath, and calming techniques have guided me back to myself again and again.
Now, I share these tools with others. My focus is on helping people reduce pain, ease stress, and find balance through therapeutic yoga, so they can feel more grounded, resilient, and supported in their daily lives.
